§1. General provisions

1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using discount codes provided by ZENT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office at ul. Sienkiewicza 1, 39-300 Mielec, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0001090270, NIP: 8172214665, REGON: 527891301 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “ZENT”).

2. Discount codes are issued by ZENT and entitle Users to receive discounts under specified conditions when shopping in the online store available at: https://zentcare.pl.

3. Using a discount code means acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   
   

§2. Definitions

1. Discount code – a unique string of characters (alphanumeric) which, when entered in the appropriate field of the order form on the zentcare.pl online store, entitles the user to a specific discount.

2. User – a natural or legal person using a discount code when placing an order.

3. Store – online store available at https://zentcare.pl, operated by ZENT.
   
   

§3. Rules for using discount codes

1. The discount code may be used once, unless the promotion conditions state otherwise.

2. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

3. The discount code must be entered in the appropriate field in the cart during order placement – the discount will be applied automatically.

4. The discount code cannot be exchanged for cash or other means of payment.

5. In case of return of goods purchased using a discount code, only the amount actually paid by the User is refundable.

6. In case of order cancellation, the discount code is considered used – its reuse may not be possible.
   

§4. Restrictions and exclusions

1. Discount codes may be limited by time, quantity, or to specific products.

2. Information about the conditions of the code's validity (duration, minimum order value, product categories covered by the discount) is specified each time it is made available.

3. Discount codes may be intended exclusively for a selected group of customers (e.g., new customers, customers subscribed to the newsletter).

4. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to honor a discount code in case of violation of the terms and conditions or attempted abuse.
   
   

§5. Final provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without the need to justify the reason.

2. Any changes to the terms and conditions come into effect on the day they are published on the website https://zentcare.pl.

3. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
